Returns and Refund Policy

Requests for Returns and/or refunds of our products that are fulfilled by Amazon.com will be handled by Amazon.com.  For products fulfilled directly by Christensen and Nielsen Trading Co. the general guidelines set forth by Amazon.com will be followed, generally.

What does that mean, exactly?

We are easy to work with.  We want you to be a satisfied customer and have been known to go to great lengths toward that end.  Defective products will be replaced in kind.  Returns for other reasons will be refunded.

We don’t like hassles any more than you do and generally seek the path of least resistance.  We think it serves you well and serves us well to be as customer-centric as possible.
